Niqah of Kashif and Komal

Kashif (son of Muhammad Saleem and Kishwar Saleem) and Komal (daughter of Syed Arif Akhtar and Dr. Nilofer Akhtar) celebrated their niqah on February 16th at Canton Masjid (MCWS) after Asr prayers, with Shaykh Sulayman Ali, the imam of that mosque, performing the ceremony and giving a brief speech on the importance of niqah and the duties of both parties to the marriage.
A large gathering of about 500 people attended the niqah ceremony, and it was followed by light refreshments.
