Dr. Azeemuddin receives distinguished alumni award

IOWA CITY,IA–Dr.Azeemuddin Ahmed of Iowa City received the distinguished alumni award from his alma mater, Pleasant Valley High School.He graduated from the school in 1992. He went on to receive a medical degree.

“This recognition is one of the greatest honors of my professional life because it comes from the people and a school system that was so key in my formative years,” Ahmed told the Quad City Times.

“I am a product of the PV schools in that I went to elementary school, junior high school and high school within the district and truly experienced the continuum of education.”
