It was another evening of inspirational talk as Compassionate Care Network (CCN) celebrated it third annual banquet on Saturday, Nov 20, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Northshore in Skokie, IL. The inspiration came from the stories and the sights of the phenomenal work being done by IMANA physicians in global medical relief missions presented by Dr. Imran Qureshi vice chair for IMANA Relief.

They have gone where few have gone in the service of fellow man, risking at times their own well being and their lives. We honor you for your services and for your sacrifices.†Dr. Zaheer also acknowledged the services of those IMANA physicians who are providing reconstructive surgeries in remote areas of Sudan and Bangla Desh, through an ongoing program aimed at restoring to normal, lives of children devastated by debilitating birth defects.
