Bollywood Actress Mamta Kulkarni Converts to Islam

Former Actress of Bollywood Mamta Kulkarni has converted to Islam. She is residing in Republic of kenya with her Husband “Vicky Goswami” who also some time ago converted to Islam. The couple got married on May 10, 2013 and some sources explained that they are residing in Nairobi, Kenya. In 1997, Mamta’s husband Vicky Goswami was arrested in Arab Emrites (UAE) in drug smuggling case. He was sentenced for 25 years but he was released in November 2012. Some media reports mentioned that his sentence was reduced due to model conduct. His conversion to Islam was also one of main reason of reduction.

Goswami converted to Islam and got married with Mamta Kulkarni when he was in prison. Mamta was also managing her husband’s hotels business.

Mamta Kulkarni was termed as most bold celebrity of Indian movie industry in 90’s. 41 years of age actress & Model was remained active in Bollywood from 1991 to 2002. From 2002, she is out of screen due to her personal reasons. In last ten years, Mamta has Rejected lots of acting and dancing offers and now she has decided to keep away from media.

On other hand, Pakistani electronic and print media haven’t reported this news. On other hand, Indian media is showing bias report on Mamta Kulkarni marriage.
