A BRITISH grandmother has married Osama bin Laden’s son.
Jane Felix-Browne, 51, from Cheshire, met Omar bin Laden in Egypt and although at 26 he is 25 years her junior, the pair hit it off immediately.
The multiple-sclerosis sufferer said of her husband: “He is the most beautiful person I have ever met. “His heart is pure, he is pious, quiet – a true gentleman.â€
Omar is already married and lives with his wife and child in Saudi Arabia, but Jane, who herself has been married five times before, claimed this doesn’t bother her.
The mum-of-three also said she doesn’t care that her father-in-law is one of the world’s most wanted men, suspected of masterminding the September 11 2001 terror attacks on the US and the July 7 2005 London bombings.
Her scrap metal merchant husband told Jane he hasn’t seen his father for seven years and had no part in the 9/11 attacks.
Osama is thought to have been married five times and have up to 24 children. Omar is the product of his first marriage to Najwa, with who he has ten other children.
Following the week-long holiday in Egypt, Jane and Omar kept in contact via phone and internet and arranged to meet for a second time in Egypt this April.
It was then Jane popped the question and they tied the knot at a friend’s house.
Shortly after the couple met, police visited Jane at her Cheshire home, where she still lives, to give her advice on security.
She currently divides her time between Britain and Saudi Arabia.
