There’s a ton of YouTubers out there, but these 5 Muslim women are shining in the spotlight like no other. They’re addressing a growing and hungry market of young, educated, modern Muslims and taking their talents in everything from activism, to fashion, to comedy and sharing it with large audiences. The best part? They’re reaching out to thousands of non-Muslims and portraying a more accurate depiction of what today’s Muslim looks like: loyal to their faith, country and individualities.
Without further ado, here are 5 Muslim Women YouTubers to look out for!
Tazzy Phe is a 24-year-old, quirky, Pashtun comedian who talks about the oddities of Muslim American life in relatable, yet hilarious ways. She also jokingly teaches people how to look like a Kardashian, be racist and socially awkward all in hopes that you don’t do any of those things. Every Tuesday – also known as Tazzy Tuesday – new short clips are uploaded!
