Program Your “Computer” to Live in the Victory

In order for you to progress in this world, your base thoughts about yourself must be positive. There is no way you will be successful in your life experiences if you go around with a gloomy face resulting from negative thinking. We must get rid of negative thoughts as soon as they enter our mind. When it comes in; push it out, with a positive thought.

It is not normal to think negatively about yourself. ALLAH, the Most High, created us in the best of moulds. He says there is nothing greater than us except Him. Therefore, if you think the opposite of what He said, it is abnormal because it is in conflict with pronouncement of the Most High.

There are anti-virus programs for computers that block damaging information from reaching the hard drive (brains) of a computer. Our brains work much the same way. If we allow a virus (Devil) to enter our minds, he immediately starts to break it down with whispers of your inferiority. But that’s when your anti-virus (Quranic scripture) goes to work. There is nothing wrong with the hardware – the software just needs reprogramming.

But you must be careful as well. If your computer is on the blink and you start pushing buttons you know nothing about, you can do more damage than was there originally. Then you must call in an expert that has the knowledge to push the right buttons and make it operational again.

Similarly, if your spirit is broken down for whatever reason, and you listen to someone with erroneous information, (bad buttons), or you read information that is not factual, you can actually do yourself more harm. Some material is good for the soul and some of it is not. Some of it is actually detrimental to the soul because it might instruct you to do and think in ways that are in conflict with nature and common sense. And if you don’t know the difference, you may pick up the wrong book.

But there is one Book that we know is 100% factual. The last revealed scripture on earth has no imperfections in it. All of it is from our Lord so this is what we should use to program our minds. ALLAH says in Qur’an that “In this Book are verses plain and basic and some are allegorical and not very clear. But the plain and basic verses are the foundation of the Book.” Notice, ALLAH says it is the foundation of the Qur’an. In other words, this is what we primarily need to gain the victory of our lives. Remember, ALLAH gave the human being the power to cleanse his/her own soul and with a clean soul, you are guaranteed the victory.

Think positive about yourself and the creation. Do not allow the enemy of all mankind (Shaitan) make you feel less than you really are. You are above him but in order for him to succeed; he has to use diversionary tactics to take the emphasis off of him. He (Satan) has to make you think you are unworthy of the lofty station ALLAH has placed you on. Don’t fall for it.

Think of yourself the way ALLAH thinks of you. See the victory, know it is yours – then claim it with all the self-assuredness you can muster. So says ALLAH.
